The main house, rebuilt on the site of an old farmhouse, is spread over three floors. The master bedroom occupies the tower, which overlooks the valley, and a terrace covered in wisteria extends the kitchen for evening dinners. Two stone guest houses, with three and two bedrooms respectively, allow family and guests to be accommodated without anyone feeling cramped. A more recent building houses the caretaker’s accommodation and a workshop.

Surrounding the property are some three hundred olive trees, rose gardens and jasmine-covered walls, forming a garden irrigated by four wells. Maintained throughout the year, the estate is ready to move into, just a few minutes from Cortona and on the outskirts of Reschio.
