This early interest in architecture and history allowed us to identify a need at a very young age, that of offering a complete and tailor-made service to sellers and buyers of heritage buildings.
Thus, Guillaume Denniel is a lawyer with a Master 1 degree in Notarial Law, a Master 2 degree in Real Estate Law, and an art historian graduated from the Ecole du Louvre; and Alexandre Denniel is a lawyer in real estate law (Master 2) graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a post-master from the French Institute of Urban Planning.
