Thanks to the Murciélago LP 670-4 Superveloce, Lamborghini has once again succeeded in demonstrating its expertise in the field of lightweight construction and the use of highly technological materials, such as carbon fiber. With its now 30 hp more powerful 6.5-liter V12 engine and reduced weight by 100 kg, the Murciélago LP 670-4 Superveloce, which can reach a top speed of 342 km / h, needs just 3.2 seconds to clear from 0 to accelerate to 100 km / h.
The Murciélago was designed by the Belgian car designer Luc Donckerwolke and is the first Lamborghini vehicle developed under the aegis of the new leader company Audi. Among the direct competitors of the Murciélago the Ferrari 575 and the 599 GTB, although these have in contrast to the Murciélago not have mid-engine and four-wheel drive. The name Murciélago comes from the fighting bull with the same name from the breed of Joaquín del Val de Navarra, who led on 5 October 1879 in the arena of Córdoba a particularly outstanding fight against the Matador Rafael Molina Sánchez whereupon the public demanded that he renounce the deathblow, which he did. The Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV was introduced in early March 2009 at the Geneva Motor Show. The additional designation of the 350 limited edition special model Superveloce stands for "super fast". The weight was reduced by more than 100 kg by using lightweight materials and the power was increased by 22 kW (30 hp) to 493 kW (670 hp). As a result, the vehicle reaches a maximum speed of 337 to 342 km / h depending on the size of the rear spoiler. In addition, the sprint with the sequential transmission from 0 to 100 km / h takes only 3.2 s. The most striking feature of the modified design is the front and rear sections with the new carbon fiber attachments.
The vehicle offered here was delivered in spring 2010 to its proud owner, a passionate collector. He had enough influence to order, that they should removed the rear wing at Lamborghini, even before the delivery, which gives the vehicle a unique look. This also very expensive conversion was granted only very few customers. The LP670 SV spends the next 9 years in the collection of its first owner before it was acquired by our company in the spring of 2019. The mileage of the vehicle is only 1,200 KM, the appearance of this Lamborghini, even after an intensive test by our workshop, is brand new. And so we are pleased to be able to offer you one of the most extraordinary milestones of Sant'Agata of the recent past with this vehicle. We hand over this car, of course, including a fresh service and new TÜV. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our sales staff.
