Sean Connery’s house in Nice: location, location
The former home of Sean Connery is located in the prestigious area of Cap de Nice; and, with the price of US$34,000,000, it is the most expensive real estate in Nice as of today.
The house is nestled on picturesque cliffs and surrounded by 5,000 sq. m (53,820 sq. ft.) of the newly renovated, terraced gardens running down to the sea.
