Overview
Not far from Condom, the charming sub-prefecture of Gers, a country lane leads to the edge of this remarkable property. There, a private driveway, after crossing a park, leads to a large 18th-century house. This building is the jewel of an estate that also includes a beautiful dovecote and a slightly detached guest house.

Beyond the beauty of the site, visitors immediately notice that the entire property is perfectly maintained. The visit will reveal that all the buildings, except for the dovecote, have been expertly renovated.

The 18th-century house
The main house is a long, one-story building, flanked at each end by a square tower that gives the whole structure grace and lightness. The main facade offers several entrances, one through the kitchen and the other the main entrance. Once through the double-leaf door, the main entrance reveals a majestic bifurcated wooden staircase leading upstairs.

The ground floor
To the left of the entrance is a large, bright living-dining room, illuminated by three large south-facing windows. The opposite wall features a large stone fireplace equipped with an insert. At the end of the living room, in what is the ground floor of the west tower, there is a large room currently used as a laundry room.

Continuing clockwise, you discover another room opening onto a lovely outdoor terrace, then a corridor serving three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The tour continues with the garage, the pantry, and finally the kitchen itself. It is an incredibly warm and beautifully fitted room where all the upper and lower cupboards as well as the central island were custom-made in light wood. The ground floor of the tower, the room adjoining the kitchen, still needs renovation. Finally, there is a small living room or office before returning to the entrance.

The upper floor
The double-flight staircase leads on the right side to a spacious landing that can accommodate an office and two bright bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom and toilet.

The towers
Each tower has been converted into a private suite. Access to the first floor of each is via an exterior stone staircase, where you find the living room and bathroom. A second interior wooden staircase leads to the bedroom.

The guest house
The guest house, well separated from the main house and very private, includes two distinct apartments on the first floor designed in the same way. Each unit is accessed by an exterior wooden staircase that opens onto a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the Condom cathedral. The interior consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

Note that both apartments have also been fully renovated.

The ground floor of the guest house houses three storage rooms.

The park
If the house is magnificent, the nearly 3-hectare park is just as impressive. At the front of the property, a variety of trees shield the estate from view and line the driveway, including splendid cedar of Lebanon trees.

The large trees then give way to a vast lawn surrounded by flowers and planted with a beautiful flowerbed.

The garden surrounds the house on both sides and extends to the rear and the guest house. Here and there are other flowerbeds or a large cypress tree that catch the eye.

The idyllic and perfectly maintained grounds feature several discreet parking spaces as well as two wells. These are connected to an automatic irrigation system.
