Building Regulations
1 — In collective use green areas, the land occupation index cannot exceed 0.1 and the maximum facade height of buildings is 6.0 meters, except for duly justified technical reasons.
2 — In green framing areas, destruction of living soil and vegetation cover and the felling of trees is prohibited unless for sanitary actions, fire risk reduction, landscape enhancement, existing productive uses, or transformation into collective use green areas.
3 — When green framing areas assume the status of collective use green areas as provided in the previous number, the allowed buildability assumes the value defined in number one of this article.”
