Das Landhaus

In one of the greenest valleys of Umbria lies The Country House, one of the most charming agriturismos in the area, located in Vernazzano. With a privileged position among hills, woods, olive groves, vineyards, and cultivated fields, this residence is a typical Umbrian farmhouse from the 1800s, expertly renovated to preserve the original features of the era.
Every corner of The Country House reveals the authenticity of Umbrian architecture, with sandstone, terracotta, natural chestnut wood fixtures, and original beams that confirm its distant origin as a manor house. The spacious outdoor area of approximately 4000 square meters is mainly designated as a park and garden, enriched by two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
The property also includes an active farm, dating back to 1868, where farm animals such as horses, donkeys, ponies, and goats are raised, along with the cultivation of seasonal food products, maintaining the typical characteristics of the area.
Nestled in a setting that offers not only calm and relaxation but also history, The Country House is located near the village of Vernazzano, once inhabited by the Etruscans and later populated by fishermen and woodcutters.
The structure is divided into nine apartments with private entrances, carefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with every comfort, including independent heating, air conditioning, and satellite color TV. Each apartment has its own exclusive outdoor space with a table, chairs, and a sunbed for the pool.
The Country House can accommodate a total of 30 guests, distributed among 15 bedrooms and 5 sofa beds, with 10 well-equipped bathrooms.
