Situation and Description The land at Whisby Hall Farm is situated to the west of the hamlet of Whisby, and to the southwest of the City of Lincoln (6.9 miles).

The land is accessed directly off Eagle Road which forms the northern boundary. The access is via a quarry haul road, and a right of way shall be granted to an incoming purchaser/s.
The farmland is classified as being principally Grade 3 and the land will support a variety of cereal cropping, potatoes, and root vegetables. Past cropping has included winter wheat, Winter barley, Maize, Potatoes, Carrots and Winter Oilseed Rape.
The land has the benefit of an abstraction licence (and part underground main) for the supply of up to 28,600 cubic metres of water per annum for spray irrigation (expiring March 2028).
