Easily accessible, the farmhouse is located in the center of its 30 hectares and measures a total of 300 square meters.
Today it is divided into two independent apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. (These can be merged to create just one).
The ground floor apartment was renovated a few years ago, measures about 90 square meters and consists of a lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
