Der ursprüngliche Kern des Anwesens, bestehend aus einem teilweise noch sichtbaren Wachturm, kann auf das 11. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden neben dem Turm verschiedene Gebäude errichtet, die schließlich in den heute sichtbaren Komplex integriert wurden. Dann kamen die Kirche mit dem Refektorium und verschiedenen Gebäuden, die dem Dorf dienten, hinzu. Laut Repetti hatte das Dorf 1784 noch 350 Einwohner.

Der Komplex (ca. 1.400 m²) befindet sich derzeit in einem Zustand der Vernachlässigung und muss umfassend renoviert werden. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden die Gebäude als „Steinbruch“ für Materialien genutzt, aber der Weiler behält seine ursprüngliche Struktur bei und die Aufteilung der Innenräume ist deutlich erkennbar. Aufgrund seiner historischen Bedeutung wurde ein Teil des Komplexes von der Soprintendenza als kulturbedeutender Ort eingestuft.

Bei Interesse kann die im Weiler befindliche Kirche nach gesonderter Verhandlung erworben werden.

Das Anwesen verfügt über einige flache Flächen neben den Gebäuden (ca. 1.950 m²), die für die Anlage eines Terrassengartens genutzt werden könnten. Andererseits ist der Rest des Landes hauptsächlich von Wald (5,1 ha mit Kastanienbäumen) und kleinen Flächen bedeckt, die jetzt mit Wiesen bedeckt sind (1,1 ha), aber in der Vergangenheit als Weidetiere genutzt wurden.

Over the years various buildings were constructed adjacent to the tower, which ended up being incorporated into the complex visible today. Then the church with the refectory and various structures serving the village were added, which, again according to Repetti, still had 350 inhabitants in 1784.

The complex (approximately 1,400 m²) is now in a state of neglect and in need of major renovation. Over the years the buildings have been used as a “quarry” for materials, but the hamlet retains its original structure and the division of the interior rooms is clearly recognizable. Due to its historical significance, part of the complex is listed as a culturally relevant site by the Soprintendenza.

If interested, the church present in the hamlet can be purchased by separate negotiation.

The property has some flat areas adjacent to the buildings (about 1,950 m²) that could be used for the creation of a terraced garden. On the other hand, the rest of the land is mainly covered by woods (5.1 ha with chestnut trees) and small areas now covered meadow (1.1 ha) but in the past used for grazing animals.
