The property is situated in the small town of Montespertoli, which is part of the metropolitan territory of the city of Florence. The center of the Tuscan capital is in fact only 25 Km far, thus remaining very easy to reach. Similarly are the other cities in the south of Tuscany, such as Siena and Arezzo, easy reach.
