The little hamlet of Castelmuzio, is half way between Pienza and Trequanda, in the middle of UNESCO site of Val d’Orcia, place of interest as Pienza, Montepucliano and Crete Senesi are not further than 20km. The highway is about 25km far, Rome 180 Florence 130.
The farmhouse is 1,5 km farm from town centre and amenities.
DESCRIPTION
The house is on two levels, for a total surface of about 200sm. The ground floor has 2 toilets, a bedroom with fireplace, a studio and a relax area with large windows looking the outside nature. On first floor, reachable bot by the internal and the old external stair, has a living area with fireplace, a kitchen and the main bedroom with toilet en-suite and built-in wardrobe.
The under-stair storage is set ad laundry, a wood gazebo complete the property.
STATE AND FINITURE
The property was renovated in 2013, using a green building system, roof insulation is made of Permatex, the walls insulation has inside pumice and cork.
