D/LU1457 – A few kilometers from the town center of Scansano, passing by the Scansano Cooperative Winery, producer of the famous Morellino DOCG wine, we find an agricultural company of approximately 50 hectares with a characteristic stone farmhouse to be restored over two floors, ground floor and first floor, for a total of 300 square meters of main living space, plus additional volumes such as annexes.
