The Structure:
Advanced construction techniques were used: the reinforced concrete structure is thermally insulated and complies with the latest seismic and energy-saving regulations. The building is classified as Class B in the Energy Performance Certificate (APE), allowing for potential volume expansion.

Special care was taken in selecting materials: the building is clad in Izzalini stone, and the external walls are made of 38 cm thick Ecopor bricks, protected by insulating materials.

All external fixtures are made of wood and aluminum (interior in laminated ash wood and exterior with ivory-colored aluminum cladding), complete with triple-glazed thermal glass, designed to provide maximum comfort and thermal insulation.

The shutters are armored, made of galvanized steel, fire-painted, with security locks and anti-pry bolts. For added security, between the armored shutter and the window, a steel grate with a hinge and lock has been installed.

The building was constructed on the ruins of an old farmhouse bearing inscriptions dating back to the late 1400s. In fact, one of the frescoes decorating the medieval Town Hall of Narni, depicting the ancient village of Stifone on the Nera River—a site used since Etruscan and Roman times for mills, baths, and a shipyard building vessels for Rome during the wars with Carthage—shows that farmhouse standing atop the hill overlooking the Nera Valley.
