- 10 hectares of vineyard in production of quality Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Syrah, Vermentino, Viognier and Ansonica placed on regular rows bred partly in Guyot and partly in spurred cordon, all registered to DOC MAREMMA;
- 13.5 hectares of irrigated, flat, clayey-loamy arable land with skeleton, suitable for any type of cultivation and planting;
