Exquisite Finca Am Stadtrand Von Es Capdella

Es Capdellà is a small, traditional Mallorcan village set on the southern slopes of Puig de sa Grua, at around 115 metres above sea level, within the municipality of Calvià. The village retains the character of rural Mallorca: stone townhouses, working fincas, and country estates surrounded by terraced hillsides and pine-covered ridges. Three mountain roads connect it to Galilea, Andratx, and Paguera, each offering some of the most dramatic inland scenery in the southwest of the island.

Day-to-day essentials are covered in Calvià, three kilometres away. Puerto Portals, with its concentration of high-end restaurants and boutiques, is reachable in under 15 minutes by car. Port Adriano, the Philippe Starck-designed marina, is a similar distance. Palmanova and Paguera offer accessible beaches without the crowds of the eastern coast.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 20 minutes by car via the Ma-1 motorway, giving straightforward access to the city’s cultural institutions, international schools, and private medical facilities. Palma Airport, one of the busiest in Spain with direct connections to most major European cities and year-round scheduled services, is roughly 30 minutes from Es Capdellà, making it practical for owners who travel frequently.
