Eight years ago, I began my career in managing vacation rental properties. Observing the needs of the local market, I realized the lack of a real estate service with a truly local focus. Aware of the challenges posed by unqualified operators in the sector, I decided to establish a real estate company dedicated to genuinely addressing the needs of the island’s clients.
Supported by a highly professional legal, accounting, and architectural team, I founded this real estate agency with the goal of providing excellent service. As we approach two years as a company rooted in Formentera, Utopía de la Isla SL boasts an exceptional portfolio of properties in the Balearic Islands and operates with professionalism thanks to its proprietary client CRM and international network of partners.
Our office, located in the island’s capital, San Francisco, serves as the nerve center where our dedicated team works tirelessly every day to provide the best service to our clients.
