It is permissible to build a fire of the owner-farmer’s own dwelling up to a maximum gross construction area of 426.60 m² (106,650 x 0.004 = 426.6 m², with a maximum permissible of 500 m²).

According to Article 32 of the MDP, it is also possible to build agricultural dependencies until a total maximum gross construction area of 1,066.50 m² (106,650 x 0.01).

According to Article 35 of the MIP, tourist developments are also allowed, namely Rural Tourism, in the form of Rural Hotel, with a maximum construction area of 6,000.00 m² (106,650 x 0.15 = 15,997.5 m², with a maximum permissible of 6,000 m²).

Also according to article 35 of the MIP, the maximum waterproofing area of tourism is 21,330.00 m² (106,650 x 0.2).
