Central Istria: Building Plot Of 3ha

The total area of ​​the plot is approx. 3ha (more precisely 30260m2), of which 1.85ha in the central part is intended for the construction of the settlement. The remaining 1.17ha are intended for park areas and a swimming pool. The plot is trapezoidal, approx. 300m in length in the east-west direction, and approx. 150m in the north-south direction. The terrain is falling towards the south,
and the height difference is approx. 21m. Vehicular access to the plot is provided by the local country road (northwest approach) or the main vehicular approach through the southwest corner of the plot.
In the middle part of the plot, intended for the construction of a settlement, it is proposed to subdivide or form 22 building plots with an average area of ​​753m2. Residential buildings can be built at most as Po+Su+P+Pk or Po+P+1.
