- 3.7 hectares of producing vineyard, of which 2 hectares are certified Nobile di Montepulciano and the remaining IGT quality Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Mammolo, Malvasia bianca, Trebbiano, and Merlot, with an annual production of approximately 30,000 bottles.
- About 8 hectares of very fertile arable land suitable for all types of cultivation or for planting vineyards.
- Brick farmhouse on two levels of approximately 400 sqm with a cellar of about 140 sqm and a storage area of about 60 sqm on the ground floor, three apartments totaling 200 sqm to be renovated on the first floor.

The property is completed by two wells, outbuildings of about 70 sqm, and external shelters.
