Located just outside Montepulciano this estate covers an area of 48 hectares, of which 31 are vineyards and 4 are olive groves. Outstanding views of the Tuscan countryside. Award-winning wine.

There are fully equipped wine and olive oil production facilities, wine tasting salon with industrial kitchen, offices, and a beautiful period farmhouse. A small staff house is located on the driveway.

The certified organic farm is fully irrigated from it’s own independent water source (spring fed lake) as well as having municipal water.

The location of the farm is a short walk from the famous Tuscan town of Montepulciano and has spectacular views over the Tuscan countryside.

The sale is turnkey and includes all the stock within the cantina.
Currently there are 4 full-time staff running the operation. The vineyard and facility has scope to grow in both production and it’s renown.
