The penthouse is offered in two layouts, both with approximately 100 m² of interior space:

Two-bedroom version: a generous master suite with a 11 m² walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom of 13 m² and a separate bathroom.
Three-bedroom version: a master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite, a second bedroom, a third bedroom or study (10 m²) and a separate bathroom.
In both, the private lift opens into a foyer leading to a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area (19 m²) and a 22 m² living room, wrapped in large triple-glazed windows on two sides.

Outdoor space and views

The penthouse has 60 m² of outdoor space: a 14 m² balcony off the living area, a second 7 m² balcony, and a 38 m² rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The south-facing elevation captures sunlight throughout the day, and the rooftop terrace, with views from Castle Hill to the Citadella, is an ideal setting for entertaining at sunset.

Materials and finishes

Light oak flooring with a natural grain runs through the living, dining and bedroom areas. Unlike the lower floors, the penthouse has treated slab ceilings with lighting integrated into slim linear profiles, giving a clean, architectural finish. Ceilings are 2.7 m high. Bathrooms are finished in natural stone, with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, openable windows and sanitary ware from brands such as Axor, Dornbracht or Duravit. Windows are triple-glazed Josko units with oak interiors.

Technology and comfort

The building is fully electric, with no gas connection. Ceiling-integrated heating and cooling and underfloor heating are powered by high-efficiency heat pumps, supported by heat-recovery ventilation with pollen and dust filtration. Keyless access, automated blinds and Loxone-ready smart-home infrastructure are included, and the roof is prepared for future solar panels and battery storage.

Building amenities

Residents share a secure, access-controlled underground garage with six parking spaces, each with a three-phase EV-ready connection, plus bicycle storage. Each residence has a private basement storage room of 15–18 m², and a heated driveway keeps access safe in winter. Discreet CCTV covers the main access points, with private CCTV at each apartment’s entrance and terraces.

Designed by award-winning WY Design with Kettőpera Architects, the development is scheduled to begin construction in March 2027, with completion planned for Q4 2028. Early buyers can choose their preferred layout and tailor the kitchen, appliance and smart-home packages.
