. Set on a quiet one-way street, the house runs north to south. With a floor area of approximately 310 m², it rises over two levels with a converted upper level above. The principal facade, with its off-centre entrance door, combines tuffeau (a soft white limestone quarried in the Loire valley) at ground-floor level with a chequerboard arrangement of brick and tuffeau on the first level.
