A 7.5-hectare farm in the municipality of Almeirim, in the district of Santarém, comprising an agricultural area and an urban area.

The urban part of the farm includes the entrance area, the fountain and the path to the house. It is through the avenue of apple trees that you reach the park of pepper trees, the natural shade of the parking lot, and it is also in this urban space that the oldest varieties of fruit trees are planted.

The house, of Ribatejo architecture and used as an agroturismo, is a manor house with porches formed by round arches. From the wide square in front of the house, there is a staircase and ramp leading up to the main door, where you can enjoy the unobstructed views.

A romantic garden of boxwood beds is growing next to the house. The small paths between the beds and around the pond are interconnected with the pergola area. The paths are lined with exotic trees, making the walk comfortable and inviting contemplation.

The house includes: an entrance/reception; a lounge with a fireplace, a bar and a guest toilet; a breakfast room; a games room with a balcony; communal terraces and porches; as well as 11 suites spread over three floors.

It has 4 suites which are distinguished by their furnishings:

- The Ricardo Espírito Santo Silva Foundation Room, with a bed worked and painted at the Foundation, has a complete bathroom with bathtub and window, located on floor 1;
- The D. José Room, with two single beds, has a bathroom specifically for people with reduced mobility and is located on the 1st floor;
- Império Room, with one bed, romantic closet, full bathroom with bathtub, located on floor 0;
- D. Maria Room, with one bed, full bathroom with bathtub and window, located on floor 0.

There is also a master suite, located on floor 2, with D. João V style furniture, rich, large private terrace, full bathroom with shower and corner bathtub with large window.

There are also 6 more suites, entered via the porch on the first floor, with bathrooms with large showers and windows.
In all the suites, a mezzanine has been designed above the entrance and bathroom area, with access via the bedroom staircase.

The agricultural area is divided into two different zones: the vineyard area and the almond, walnut, olive and hazelnut groves. In February/March, the eyes and senses are dazzled by the variety of colors, smells and the bustle of insects, particularly the melliferous ones, with the blossoms of the almond and cherry trees.

Between the urban area of the estate and the almond, walnut and hazelnut groves, you should rest in the picnic area, a rest and leisure area planted with a wide variety of shade trees, enjoy the small ”dam” with its native inhabitants, and be surprised by otters, woodcock, wild ducks and kingfishers.
