Villa built on three levels, two above ground and one basement level, with three free sides. The building is free on all sides, surrounded by a fully fenced courtyard.
Pedestrian and vehicle access is directly from the public road through a plot of land owned by another party (see chapter 5.3). Access points are secured by automatic gates.
The building is very old (built before 1955) and was completely renovated and expanded between 1995 and 2000.
The original building’s load-bearing structure is made of stone masonry. The extension was constructed with a reinforced concrete frame filled with brick blocks. The intermediate floors are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is a pitched pavilion style where it connects with the original house and flat over the extension.
The roof covering consists of terracotta tiles and bricks, with copper gutters. Externally, the original part of the building is fully plastered and painted, while the extension is clad in brick.
