Among the beautiful Tuscan hills, at the gates of the wonderful Chianti Classico area, between Arezzo, Florence and Siena, we sell a portion of a farmhouse with independent dependance. The property is accessible by a convenient private road, the surrounding land, partly wooded and partly arable, of about 35.000 square meters is fenced. There is a double entrance, one to reach the resede for parking spaces, two of which are covered, and the other to enter the main resede that leads to the farmhouse and the dependance. It can also be reached from the property on foot, offering all kinds of services, including a supermarket, pharmacy, theater and 18-hole golf course. About 12 km away is the Valdarno A1 highway exit and 7 km away is San Giovanni Valdarno, Arezzo is 40 km away while Florence is 50 km away.
