Splendidi Appartamenti Nel Residence Lupa

Residence Lupa is under construction in Galbisio, a quiet neighborhood of Bellinzona. The complex is located a few kilometers from the Bellinzona Nord exit and just a step away from the future semi-exit of Bellinzona Centro. Located in an Extensive Residential area in the district of Galbisio in Bellinzona, 6 apartments are for sale in PPP. The project is characterized by the alternation of cantilevered volumes, allowing each residence to have a private garden. The aim of the project is to create a residential complex connected with greenery. The homes will have varying sizes distributed volumetrically in three distinct staggered blocks harmoniously inserted into the sloping terrain and characterized by large terraces on the south and east fronts. Residence Lupa is also distinguished by Minergie Certification: Comfortable indoor climate, reduced energy loss thanks to good insulation that leads to low costs for heating and electricity and consequently to self-production in terms of the same. Thanks to such technologies, heat is completely free of fossil energy with controlled air exchange for a healthy living climate. Minergie certifies the high energy efficiency and sustainability of new or refurbished buildings, the reduction of consumption, and the creation of an internal microclimate to improve the internal well-being of its inhabitants.
