I have been in the profession as an Estate Agent since April 1986. My career started in the West End and always worked with HNW individuals and high valued properties. I covered areas from Hampstead, St Johns Wood to Mayfair, Bayswater, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham. In January 1990, I diverted and devoted my attention to Coombe, New Malden, Kingston Hill, Kingston Vale and Wimbledon where I grew up since 1970. I have over the past 35 years plus, sold some of the properties 3 to 4 times over. I have advised many clients on improvements to increase their property values and worked with developers on site assessments and designs to achieve the best GDVs. With the vast knowledge of the area, and the attained knowledge of property construction industry, I am able to identify problematic areas, which may result in adverse structural surveys and advise ways of improving these prior to marketing a property. With over 39 solid years in the industry and being a member of Property Mark in both Sales and Lettings, I am highly respected for the experience and professional service I offer and that of my team to our clientele.
