The project combines the timeless elegance of a classic Viennese Gründerzeit building with the unmistakable atmosphere of urban loft architecture. With great sensitivity to the historic building fabric, the traditional rental building was carefully renovated. Characteristic old building elements were preserved and harmonized with contemporary living standards.

The creative energy of Brooklyn meets the vibrant city vibe of Vienna’s 15th district here. The result is a sustainable living concept with a unique identity that offers space for individuality while providing a retreat in the heart of the city.

The former carpentry workshop is transformed into two exceptional lofts, whose design is influenced by the aesthetics of industrial architecture.
