In the heart of Spoleto, between the Town Hall and the Cathedral, this monumental 1492 residence-on the first floor of Palazzo Pagani-stands as a living masterpiece, preserving its original Renaissance finishes.

The property is defined by its legendary connecting gallery that arches over the street below, framing one of the world’s most photographed vistas.
