For several decades, this incredible building has held the status of a NATIONAL MONUMENT and is presented as Castel Fiume on various antique maps, including the fresco in the Vatican Gallery of Maps. The estate consists of the tower and the castle, totaling a surface area of 1,080 square meters, skillfully and meticulously renovated by a professional team of architects, engineers, and constructors. The sandstone quadrangular tower features pointed windows and is laid out over 6 levels. Inside the tower, there are pigeonholes that were used to catch birds, and on top of it, there are brick brackets. The castle is laid out over an average of 2 levels and has sandstone and calcareous walls. According to the project, which has already been approved, the property is composed as follows:
