A recently extended, 19th-century house with gardens and a swimming pool, in a small town near Angers. A narrow street leads to the property’s entrance gate which opens into a first garden. The 19th-century house is adjacent to a construction dating from the early 2000s and together they form a T-shape. The older part includes a two-storey central section beneath an attic level, flanked by two single-storey side wings topped by attic levels. The most recent part has three levels, one of which is an attic level and the other a basement. The property possesses gabled slate roofs, apart from the central section which has a hipped roof punctuated by gable dormers with triangular pediments. The window surrounds, cornices and quoins are all made of tuffeau stone. To the rear, a patio overlooks a second, entirely enclosed garden.
