Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s most established residential golf enclave, occupying a broad valley inland from Puerto Banus and framed to the north by La Concha mountain. The area is defined by its low-density villa plots, mature pine and orange tree landscaping, and the presence of four championship golf courses: Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha, and La Quinta. It carries a reputation as the preferred address for buyers who want space, privacy, and proximity to the coast without the density of the beachside zones.
The Casino Nueva Andalucia commercial centre and El Corte Ingles supermarket are a short drive away. Puerto Banus, with its restaurants, beach clubs, and marina, is under ten minutes by car. Golf club restaurants at Los Naranjos and Las Brisas serve as reliable daily dining options within the valley itself.
Puerto Banus is approximately three kilometres from the centre of Nueva Andalucia, and central Marbella is reachable in around fifteen minutes by car via the AP-7 coastal motorway. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 65 kilometres east and takes between 45 and 55 minutes to drive depending on traffic. Gibraltar Airport is approximately 80 kilometres to the west, offering an alternative gateway particularly for UK-bound travellers.
