Upon entering, you can take the elevator to the sleeping area or to the living area (third floor).

The third floor is accessible by both elevator and stairs and offers a spacious living area. Here you will find the designer kitchen at the rear of the apartment, fully equipped with high-quality appliances and ample space for a dining area. The living room is light and airy, with large windows offering beautiful views of the canals.
