Our agency and our real estate agents receive compensation through the signing of a specific document, either a purchase proposal or mediation right. This is also highlighted in our property listings and related clauses.

The mediation fee or commission, payable by the buyer, is 3% plus VAT, calculated on the purchase price of the property. If the property has a sale valuation below €120,000.00 (one hundred twenty thousand euros), a fixed fee of €3,600.00 (three thousand six hundred euros) must be paid to the agency for mediation.

The commission is considered earned and due at the moment of purchase agreement between seller and buyer. This occurs with the signing by the promising seller, accepting the purchase proposal sent by the promising buyer.

Venice Immobiliare S.r.l.S and its real estate agents have the right to request payment of the commission upon the occurrence of the above circumstance.

Registration tax, notary fees, and cadastral and mortgage taxes are the responsibility of the buyer as required by law.
