Trento, Via Verdi, in a high-traffic area adjacent to the historic center and just steps from the faculties of Literature, Law, Sociology, and Economics, we offer for rent to students two single rooms and one double room in a large apartment in excellent condition.

The apartment, located on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator, consists of an entrance, hallway, large eat-in kitchen and dining room, one room with a single bed, one single room with a double bed, one double room with a double bed and a single bed (which can be used as a single room), and two bathrooms with windows. There is a large balcony surrounding the apartment with access from the living area and the single room.

Currently, the only occupied room is the single room with a single bed, which will be available at the end of December.

The prices for the rooms still available are as follows:
- €450 for the single room with a double bed (available from September)
- €350 for the double bed space in the double room (available from September)
- €300 for the single bed space in the double room (available from September)

NOTE: It is possible to rent the DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE at €500/month.

Prices exclude expenses, which are:
- €40 flat monthly fee per person (subject to adjustment) for condominium costs (elevator, lighting and cleaning of stairs, water, and heating)
- Electricity billed to tenants, divided by 4 (estimated about €15 per month, based on last year’s consumption)
- Waste disposal billed to tenants, divided by 4 (estimated about €5 per month, based on 2025 bills)
