Alcudia occupies the northern tip of Mallorca, built around a medieval walled town that has retained its stone ramparts and Gothic street plan largely intact. The old town sits on a narrow isthmus between two bays, giving the municipality an unusually varied character: historic architecture and weekly markets within the walls, and some of the island’s most celebrated coastline immediately beyond. It draws a discerning buyer who wants proximity to nature without sacrificing cultural substance.

The old town market runs Tuesdays and Sundays year-round. Restaurants along Carrer dels Oms and the port area of Port d’Alcudia serve fresh seafood daily. Platja d’Alcudia, a four-kilometre Blue Flag beach, is minutes by bicycle. The Roman ruins of Pollentia and the Museu Monogràfic are within the town walls.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 55 kilometres south, around 45 minutes by car via the Ma-13 motorway. Palma Airport handles direct flights to most major European cities, with journey times from the airport to Alcudia typically under one hour. A ferry terminal in Alcudia’s port connects directly to Ciutadella in Menorca, with crossings taking approximately one hour by fast ferry.
