The exterior of the building reflects the well-known and ancient local architectural style of the Gallurese ”Stazzo”, with exposed granite on all sides of the house, interspersed with smaller and larger windows in the living area. Stazzo is a simple one level building, developed horizontally, with exterior walls cladded in rough local granite.
The internal layout of the villa, in perfect Costa Smeralda style, is rich in architectural details, reminiscent of specific styles of well-known architects going back to the Porto Cervo golden years. It incorporates masonry niches and small stone stairs leading to delightful alcoves in small mezzanine floors.

The main entrance is marked by a distinctive door crafted by local artisans. The internal layout of the house is organised as follows: a large room with a fireplace, expansive windows with steel frames in a more modern style that is handmade and customised for this villa. The spacious and liveable masonry kitchen, rich in details and fully furnished, is also very bright. Two steps, created to add movement, emphasise the Costa Smeralda style and connect the hallway of the living area to the three bedrooms, one of which has its own master bathroom. In this area, there is another guest bathroom with unique finishes.

A large panoramic veranda, still in the finishing phase, from both sides of which you can admire the landscapes towards Porto Rotondo and Cala di Volpe, stands out in a typical ”Stazzo” style.
