Hello, my name is Polígono 19~...but you can call me Can Bute.~~I have been here since 1987,~in the quiet valley of Cala Llonga,~where the forest breathes slowly~and time has learned to go slower.~~I hold 75 square meters of life,~spread across two bedrooms~and an open space living-dining room with kitchen,~where the days flow effortlessly.~~My corner with a fireplace has warmed many hearts.~It has listened to laughter,~soft conversations at dusk~and silences that felt safe.~~Next to me awaits an annex of 48 m²,~ready to welcome guests, ideas~or everything that life still wants to bring.~~I rise over 2,597 m² of land,~spacious, generous, and calm.~My pergola covered in plants~offers shade~and lets light pass through gently.~~On warm days, my pool of 48 m²~becomes a mirror of the sky,~refreshing the body,~clearing the mind~and reminding the importance of stopping.~~I have seen children grow,~long Sundays with the scent of barbecue~and Christmases where hearts~came a little closer~to the warmth of the fire.~~I have had only two owners,~both careful, both full of love.~Now I am ready again.~~If you seek peace,~retreat,~a place that asks nothing of you —~only that you arrive —~here I am.~~I am Can Bute,~and I am waiting for you. 🌿🏡
