Sainte-Maxime occupies a privileged position on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, directly facing its more famous neighbour across the water. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is the primary hub, reachable in around 75 to 90 minutes by car depending on traffic. Toulon-Hyères Airport offers a closer alternative for regional and select European routes, approximately 80 kilometres to the west.
