Set in the heart of Chianti, between Poggibonsi and Siena, Rosso Chianti is an established organic wine estate bringing together a historic borgo, extensive vineyards, hospitality spaces and a fully structured winery.

The property extends across approximately 130 hectares, including around 33 hectares of organically cultivated DOCG and IGT vineyards. Olive groves, woodland and agricultural land complete a landscape shaped by wine production and closely connected to the identity of the estate.

Approximately 5,700 sqm of buildings are distributed throughout the property. The historic borgo includes residential accommodation, guest areas, offices, tasting rooms and spaces that may support a wider hospitality project, alongside the operational buildings dedicated to winemaking, storage and agricultural activity.

At the centre of the estate is the winery. The underground ageing cellar is one of its most distinctive architectural spaces: rows of barriques are arranged beneath large vaulted ceilings, while a central skylight brings natural light into the heart of the building. A wide opening towards the vineyards creates a direct visual connection between the wine, the architecture and the landscape from which it originates.

The scale and organisation of Rosso Chianti allow the estate to be considered from several perspectives. It may continue as an established wine-producing property, evolve into a contemporary wine estate with international hospitality, or combine production with a substantial private residence, food, wellbeing and cultural activities.

Its strength lies in the coherence of the whole. The borgo, vineyards, winery and surrounding countryside do not operate as separate elements, but as parts of a complete and recognisable estate.

The location offers convenient access to Siena, Florence and the principal destinations of central Tuscany while preserving the agricultural character and privacy associated with the Chianti countryside.
