Ein Historisches Landhaus Aus Dem 17. Jahrhundert

A historic country house, once owned by a noble family from the Marche, with a small church dedicated to the Madonna del Soccorso. The house and the church were built in their present form in the 17th century, but due to changes of ownership and use, from hunting lodge to farm, their charm was lost. Fortunately, the current owners decided a few years ago to restore the house in its entirety. The aim was to make the house habitable and to restore as much of the old charm as possible. Unfortunately, it was too late to save the small church. It had been abandoned and collapsed, unfortunately there is no original decoration left, The Country House has been completely restored with views of the surrounding hilly landscape and surrounded by trees that guarantee complete privacy. To reach it, one follows a public dirt road of less than a kilometre, which reaches the house and the top of the hill and the large flat lawn that extends in front of the house. The idea was to create two separate units, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Despite the fact that the house is a single large residential unit of over 400 square meters. When we welcome guests, we invite them to go up to the first floor via the original staircase from the end of the 19th century. There we find a small living/dining room and the large rustic kitchen, from which you have access to a loggia where you can enjoy the coolness, the shade and the view. From the kitchen you can access the large living room with fireplace and from there to the 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms that occupy the remaining space of the over 220 m2 of this floor. From the same large hall you can go down to the lower floor via an internal staircase, where from a corridor (now used as a bedroom) you can enter the rest of the house or directly access a semi-underground cellar, ideal for storing wines. On the ground floor, as mentioned, there is a sort of second apartment with two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living room with a glazed loggia that gives the feeling of being outside even inside the house, a small kitchen, a living room and a room used as a dining room. The garden, the green of the trees, the light, the scents, characterize every corner of the house and make the transition between inside and outside an infinite movement between shadow and light, coolness and warmth. The house has been carefully restored, especially the structures, the wood, the old beams, the terracotta, the tiles and the stone that have given it a new but authentic charm.
