Masseria Im Herzen Des Salento

Set amid the countryside of Muro Leccese, Masseria is an oasis of peace.

The property extends over more than 4 hectares. Both the interiors and the entire surrounding grounds are in impeccable condition.

The estate comprises two agricultural and production buildings, connected by the expansive garden and the central swimming pool, built in 2012. The typical dry-stone walls blend perfectly into the surrounding landscape, enhancing the authentic character of the outdoor areas.

In addition to the pool area, a terrace with a lounge area invites relaxation. The accessible rooftop terrace, equipped with provision for a TV, offers further ideal space for spending pleasant evenings outdoors. The property also includes a parking area accommodating up to six cars comfortably. In the evening, a lighting design using indirect lighting skillfully highlights the architecture of the buildings.

The historic 19th-century residence features a living area with a fireplace, used as a convivial sitting room, as well as three bright bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen with an induction hob fits perfectly into the open-plan setting. The interiors, decorated in light, natural tones, create a pleasant sense of warmth. One of the bedrooms is further enhanced by a characteristic star-vaulted ceiling.

The second building, newly constructed in 2016, expands the living area by offering three additional bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the double-glazed windows provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation throughout the property.

The estate also meets the most modern standards in terms of systems and utilities. The electrical system was recently completely renovated, and a wastewater disposal network is in place. The property can be accessed conveniently and securely via an automated electric gate.

The generous dimensions and the possibility of also purchasing the surrounding land, approximately 12 hectares, make this property versatile and suitable for a variety of agricultural, agronomic or agritourism projects.
