Amazing restoration of an old mill in the valley of Montaione, just 800m from the centre of the village. Through a partly dirt and paved road, you reach the valley circumscribed by the river Egola, which marked the limit of the property in one side, and the other side is marked by the road which leads only to the property. The land is about 1.5 hectare and it has partly olive trees, circa 100 trees, and partly gardens. On the same floor, there’s the main bathroom, very big with bath and shower and walk-in closet, a triple bedroom, a double bedroom with terrace and a single bedroom. On this floor there’s the boiler room. The heating for the whole property is with LPG, there’s a underground tank near the road. Second floor – going upstairs through a terracotta and wood staircase, there’s the turret where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire floor has original beams and bricks.
