Spanning two levels, this unit embodies a unique living concept where the interior layout allows the home to function as two nearly autonomous levels, united by a cohesive architectural language. The entrance on the third floor leads into an elegant reception area overlooking the level below. This floor also houses a primary sleeping area—comprising a double bedroom and a twin bedroom served by a shared bathroom—along with a guest powder room and a laundry room. The lower level features the main living area; characterized in part by a double-height ceiling, it boasts expansive windows and a deep loggia that create a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.
