From the penthouse terraces here, the Río Real fairways stretch out toward the sea, and on a clear evening you can watch the light shift over the water before it fades behind the hills.

The development sits inside the Golf Río Real urbanisation, a quiet, established corner of Marbella a few minutes from the town centre and Los Monteros beach, right next to Río Real Golf Course and the site of the future Four Seasons Marbella Resort.

The project is built by a trustworthy, established developer, and it shows in the restraint here. Sixteen homes, two and three bedrooms, laid out across the site so most units get a proper run of natural light and open views. Downstairs and around the grounds there’s a communal pool, solarium, spa with sauna, a gym, and underground parking with storage rooms. Access to the communal areas is restricted to residents, with video surveillance and alarms covering the building.

Worth knowing going in: this is new construction. It isn’t a finished, furnished home you can walk into next month. Renders and floor plans are indicative and subject to change during the build, which is standard for anything off-plan, but worth factoring in if you’re working to a specific move-in date.

Golf, the beach, and the future Four Seasons are all within a few minutes of the front door.
