D/CS3803 – In the Municipality of Manciano, just a stone’s throw from the famous Saturnia thermal baths, there is an agritourism and wine company in a strategic position. The property, irrigated with an artesian well and equipped with a water system present in all the lands of the company, is registered with the Morellino DOCG consortium and is a member of the Scansano Cooperative Winery to which it delivers all the grapes produced on the farm. The land has an area of about 22 Ha, divided into 11.5 Ha cultivated with vineyards, 3 Ha cultivated with paulownia that will be cut in the years 2028/2030 for timber harvesting, 0.5 Ha of olive grove with 110 plants in excellent production, 4.5 Ha of arable land and the rest fallow.
