Agricultural land in the Lentini (SR) area, Contrada Catalicciardo, covering 152,000 sqm (15 hectares), divided as follows:
- 90,000 sqm of producing citrus orchard
- 22,000 sqm of newly planted citrus orchard
- 50,000 sqm uncultivated

Along with the land, a drilled well is also sold, of which one-quarter ownership is held (180 hours per month, one shift every 4 days), with daily water availability. The well depth is 260 meters with a 60 kW pump.

The land is flat, easily accessible by car, and offers a splendid view of Etna and the lake.

Technical data:
The producing citrus orchard consists of 3,950 Moro cultivar plants on Troyer rootstock, planted in June 2016 with a planting spacing of 5x4 meters. The irrigation system is divided into 4 sectors of two hectares each, with about 1,000 plants per sector, featuring double drip lines of 2.4 l/h and 40 cm spacing. All sectors converge at a single point and are controlled by solenoid valves with a 16-output control unit. Each sector is further divided into two subsectors (operating simultaneously) with disc filters upstream of each.

At the control center, in addition to the solenoid valves, there is a venturi system for fertigation and an acid pump with a pH probe. Underpasses and connections for a possible fertigation bank are already prepared.

The new plantation was established in March 2025, with 1,250 Moro cultivar plants on Volkamerian rootstock, planted with a spacing of 5x3.5 meters, using the irrigation system described above.
