Villa La Punt Centro

Villa Centro is a Chesa, the traditional Engadine house, built more than four hundred years ago in the centre of La Punt. A full renovation in 2006 brought modern comfort to its 340 m² while preserving the historic interiors that define its character.
The day rooms are made for company. Beside a large living room, a historic dining room in carved pine seats twelve and more. The main kitchen is fully equipped, with induction and double ovens, and is joined by a guest kitchen and a separate party kitchen for larger gatherings. A recreation room with television and stereo completes the living spaces.
Five bedrooms include the master bedroom and a guest studio with its own kitchen and bathroom, giving visitors independence under the same roof. Five bathrooms, a mix of en-suite, shared and guest bathrooms, serve the household. The private spa brings together a sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation room and a shower room, while a terrace, a laundry room and a cellar take care of everyday needs. The house is offered partly furnished.
La Punt lies in the Upper Engadine, around ten minutes from St. Moritz. Parking is provided for six cars, in a two-car garage and four outdoor spaces.
