Jahrhundert beherbergt zwei Räume zur Aufbewahrung von Weinen und eine Wohneinheit, die aus zwei geräumigen Wohnzimmern, zwei Küchen, einem Leseraum, einem Büro, fünf Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und zwei Duschräumen besteht. Von einem der Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf eine gepflasterte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Weinberge, die von einer jahrhundertealten Eiche beschattet wird. Draußen verfügt das Haus über einen 2 m langen runden Ofen, der in die Wände eingebaut ist.
Das Landhaus wurde vollständig restauriert und dabei sein ursprüngliches rustikales Aussehen bewahrt. Es ist mit Videoüberwachung und automatisierter Steuerung für die Zugänge zum Grundstück und zum Keller ausgestattet.
